How long does a film take to make?

Most films are finished within an hour of payment. Longer films take a little longer. You can close the app — progress is saved on our servers and the status is always accurate when you come back.

How many photos can I upload?

Up to 100 per film by default. If a length would leave each photo on screen too briefly, we tell you and suggest a better length — we never force it.

Question 3

Is the song really original?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Lyrics are written from the occasion, names, dates and memories you provide, then checked against those facts before recording. We do not invent people, events or relationships, and we do not imitate specific living artists.

Question 4

What happens to my photographs?

They are stored privately with access controls, used only to make your film, and never shown publicly unless you explicitly opt in. You can delete your project at any time.

Question 5

How long do you keep my finished film?

Accepted Answer

Finished films are hosted temporarily — 7 days by default. You get a countdown and warnings before expiry. Download and save your copy; the film is yours to keep forever once downloaded.

Question 6

Can I change something after I've paid?

Accepted Answer

No — once rendering starts, there's no going back. Every approval you confirm along the way (photo order, song, design) is acknowledged as final, so please double-check each step before you approve it.

Question 7

What if the render fails?

Accepted Answer

We retry from the last completed step, at no extra charge. You never re-upload anything. If a film permanently fails on our side, a refund is issued.

Question 8

What formats do you output?

Accepted Answer

MP4 (H.264 video, AAC audio, web-optimised) in widescreen 16:9, vertical 9:16 or square 1:1, at 1080p or 4K.
