The service
Everlune Studios produces personalised memory films from photographs and written details you supply. Each film is produced to order and charged per film.
Your rights to the photographs
You confirm before generation that you own, or have permission to use, every photograph you upload. You are responsible for that confirmation. We remove content reported as uploaded without permission.
What you own
Upon completion and full payment, you own your finished film and its original generated music and lyrics. Everlune Studios irrevocably assigns and releases to you all rights, title and interest it may hold in those completed generated works, for personal or commercial use, worldwide and without time limit. This does not transfer rights owned by other people: you remain responsible for permission to use uploaded photographs, names, likenesses, trademarks and other material you provide. A personalized rights certificate is available with every completed film in My account.
Payment
Films are paid for per order before production begins. The price charged is the server-calculated amount attached to your signed quote at checkout. Taxes are applied where required.
Refunds
If a film permanently fails to produce because of a fault on our side, you are refunded in full. Because each film is produced to order using paid AI generation, completed films are not refundable simply because of a change of mind — but we will work with you on regeneration.
Retention
Finished films are hosted temporarily — 7 days by default — and then permanently deleted. Downloading and keeping your own copy is your responsibility. We are not able to recover an expired film.
Acceptable use
Do not upload unlawful material, content that infringes another person's rights, or content intended to harass or deceive. We do not produce films that impersonate a specific living recording artist, and requests naming one are interpreted as a musical style instead.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to a film is limited to the amount paid for that film.
